_{This 3-minute overview introduces a new FORMS module to BARLAP.  From BARLAP, users can access a wide-variety of business and liquor license forms and application information.  Searching by Address or City/County/State, forms can be downloaded or completed online and saved via PDF.  If a form isn't in the database, users can request it from our Forms service.
